RELAXED WINTER WEDDING AT STONE BARN, COTSWOLD

The last few weeks have been tricky to navigate with postponements and worried couples struggling to know what to do for the best. If you had your heart set on a spring/summer wedding but are finding it difficult to postpone to a weekend due to availability, i’m here to put you at ease!

Let’s transport you to this cosy winter wedding from November, Kate and Bib chose the beautiful Stone Barn, in the Cotswolds. If you haven’t already stumbled upon the variety of venues that Cripps & Co can offer you, please do take a peep.

I adored the intimate ceremony in front of the fire, decked with the most spectacular floral installation by Go Wild Flowers. Kate blew everyone away in her Alexandra Grecco dress, a romantic, silk crepe A line gown with hand-embroidered floral appliqué panels. Paired beautifully with a floor length veil and Jennifer Behr headpiece.

With the evenings getting darker during the winter months you can go all out with tonnes of candles, festoon lighting, lanterns and fire pits! Kate and Bib took full advantage of this and had a candle lit, relaxed reception which complimented the rustic decor of the barn. Foliage, blush pink hues and brass candlesticks were used to create a homely dining atmosphere.
